Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also contact us and we'll help.

Pro Studio may start with a free trial, and you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in Studio; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Trade-ins aren't purchases from us, so this policy doesn't apply to them. Trade-in offers, inspections and payouts are covered in our Terms & Conditions.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
